Out of all of this can anyone explain the relationship that these potential new Board members have with the company and their motives for seeking to be appointed to the board?

Mr Hewett appears to be involved with "professional consultants have over 30 years experience establishing pharmaceutical products and medical devices in Australian and New Zealand healthcare markets"
