Managements of both companies done did a pis poor job structuring this deal so that deal sail through with strong support from both company shareholder base...merger uncertainty playing out as reflected by stock prices. Even if merger get defeated with NO vote, Superior and catalyst still get to work together on developing to production plutonic dome/marymia tenements. Western australia supreme court already upheld the northernstar ore treatment agreement, so rules of cooperation between sgi and cyl in marymia already in place. the 50/50jv on k2 gold deposit cyl can contribute the $22mm cyl just raised. With such a strong contribution to jv from cyl I bet jv could see some gold production from k2 in perhaps 2 years.
