Both silks have done a great job for their respective clients. I'm sure they'll sort out the housekeeping matters so the next stage of the Hearing progresses smoothly. Still not sure if the 2nd Defendant will make an appearance. I suspect he may be the deponent of one of those raft of affidavits filed on 9 March? If so, I'm sure Borsky KC will want to ask some questions if it is to go into evidence. The closing addresses will be pure theatre not to be missed and hopefully McEvoy J doesn't reserve for too long.
