I was genuinely amazed by these results. PTX-100 is kicking ass!!
The FDA can greatly improve many many lives if they grant accelerated approval!
Project Optimus is designed to reform the dosage given to patients to avoid excess dosing without increasing efficacy. Considering 9 of the 13 patients on this trial were dosed at 2000mg/m2 and we had a complete response on 500mg/m2, could this perhaps be why this trial has added another 7 patients before it is approved for a registration trial?
Either way this is terrific!
