Well hello, hello. Is it time for me to wake up and take an interest again. I have certainly been hoping that they would deliver about now. Perhaps the word "deliver" is a little too strong in the circumstances. Again the prospect of actually getting their feet wet is held out as though it might actually happen but the decision to plunge in has still not been taken as far as I can see. Again the prospect of an operation is projected without any firm plan to do so. Perhaps another 40 winks could be in order.
