It’s a step in the right direction, but still too much potential for negatives to materialise for me to buy back in (although I am tempted by the volume available at .68c)
- Potential for a CA to be announced against Shine.
- Alluded to in a Michael Pest article where he basically claims that Shine is breaking the law - https://michaelwest.com.au/shine-justice-class-action-law-firm-poised-to-sue-class-action-law-firm
-Also the billing and thus WIP recoverability for the mesh action is still up in the air.
