The placement and the institutional offer have already raised $66 million at $0.40 per share. The retail offer is only for $14 million and is fully underwritten. It does not matter whether retailers participate or not. I believe the share price has been suppressed well below the CR price, so retailers will not participate, and institutional investors will get all of them.
