It is possible that EXT will drop further however as it gets closer to production in years to come then it will be a no brainer.
It is currently trading at a forward P/E (undiscounted and not considering tax or debt implications) of around 3.
Once EXT is approx 1 yr from production these types of strong fundamentals will kick in.
