He must be privately spitting chips at how poor this has gone for MIN so far . The person who advised him that NWE shareholders would roll over really easily must be cracking rocks out in the outback somewhere

MIN really should offered a decent cash offer in the first place and the vast majority of NWE shareholders may have taken it and everyone is happy. I wonder what tricks are up the MIN sleeve to force us to crack now ?
