I reckon this might be the straw that breaks the camel's back. LFS has been having issues for a while. Chuck in a few hundred million in remediation as actual theft has happened it seems unlike Optus. How they've responded to this is pathetic, you can't even call the contact centre and it's not clear how you can even report new fraud.
