did you check two announcements difference, first one said it was a deal , and quarter report said the negotiation is finalised. all both are infomal. negotiation is not a binding agreement. they can change any time. even if BHP & RIO such a big company, they affected by super tax and they changed their strategy to explore some projects. be careful shareholders. directors from company will not tell you facts or truth.
