I did a quick calc . The company will have roughly $15m in the bank after the issue.
@1.7 cents , 2 billion shares , company valued at 34m
Assuming I buy my entitlement gives me an average buy price of $0.0085 .
IF the sp ever fell that low it , company would be valued at $17m with $15m in cash. So I am thinking its a fairly safe bet.
