Can't argue with that. But then again, Glencore can hardly be classified as being in the "general market". This is a company that has thrived in places where others have consciously avoided due to sovereign risks. We'll leave their methods out of the discussion but if you go by how they make their fortune, their endorsement of the Philippines was definitely a major plus for our project.
