Cong wants $50m for his 15%. Risks losing it all if it goes to ICC as not only will he lose the case, but will pay damages. If that happens, AVZ would get his 15% for free and then some. The Sept 2024 date refers to this case only. AVZ still hold 60% regardless.

Zijin 15% we never held to begin with and will be settled well before Sept 2024..assuming Zijin actually take it that far.

Neither Dathomir nor Zijin have a leg to stand on and are just trying to prolong the inevitable hoping AVZ will come to the table. Won't happen.

AVZ will end up with 90% by Sept 2024 is what I read and can continue with the project in the interim. Main issue is getting the ML issued which will require intervention by the President IMO. How long that takes is anyone's guess.
