I think that seller with the two 8 mill parcels to sell got caught when the first 8 mill parcel was taken out. A serious seller would not place an 8 mill shares at 2 cents which is well above the market price. Looks to me like trying to make the sell side look heavy and force the price down
Alot of new sell orders in the 2 plus cent range. Very odd unless there is a purpose for that.....
