At this time, they (SDR's customer) were convinced (by a marketing agency, no doubt for commission) to move to a different provider, however, Jonathan and his team were dissatisfied with the new setup. “So, after looking again at alternative products we couldn’t see anything other than Little Hotelier, and returned. Lesson learned, we won’t be going anywhere else”.
That's a pretty good review if you ask me. Customers like that aren't going anywhere and hey if they do then they might just come back.
