    Perhaps some merit in his opinion, but yep - definitely best never to palm it off as fact.

    Facts:
    1/ Highest volume in 19 trading days (or a month to the day)
    2/ Closed just off daily high

    Very bullish signal (opinion based on above facts)

    And still undervalued IMO.
