looks like Otto is having a good week at screwing over shareholder. ($OSL & $RHY).
this capital raise is similar to RHY@6cents when they were 10+ cent to allow himself to load up.
only when he takes absolute control he will help drive the price up then dump.
so as a shareholder, I will be picking up the 1 cent allocation.
