    Absolutely correct, spot on. This guy should not be allowed to continue, to get to decide how the remaining resources and cash (~$10m) get deployed. His leadership has led the company nowhere. Would anyone have any trust in management if they suddenly announced they would be entering a partnership with another company interested in HPA ? If the board won't get rid of him after all this, the board itself should be replaced.
