Yes, my super was tied up in a small commercial unit. I decided WBT would be at least a 100x smarter and 100x easier investment for the next 20 odd years, so did a fire sale of the unit with the aim of getting my super in at under $10. Luckily for me there was a SP pullback on the same day the funds were ready.
