News: KLS Deals of the day-Mergers and acquisitions

March 17 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Friday:

** Chinese private equity firm DCP Capital aims to sell its Singaporean portfolio firm MFS Technology, which makes flexible printed circuit boards, for at least $550 million, two people with knowledge of the matter told Reuters.

** French food retailer Casino CASP.PA said it had raised 723.2 million euros ($769.85 million) with the sale of another stake in its Brazilian cash-and-carry unit Assai as it pushes ahead with plans to reduce its debt wall.

** Shares of Kelsian Group (KLS) fell more than 11%, on track for their worst day in nearly seven months, after the Australian transit operator undertook a discounted placement to fund its $325 million acquisition of a U.S.-based bus operator.

** Canadian private equity firm Ethical Capital Partners (ECP) on Thursday said it had acquired Pornhub owner MindGeek, which has been mired in controversy over recent years.

** A U.S. bankruptcy judge declined to delay the $1.3 billion sale of crypto lender Voyager Digital to Binance.US, saying Voyager customers should not be forced to wait out a challenge by the Department of Justice that is unlikely to succeed.
