Wow what a great analysis.
We are basically in a guaranteed return if MIN extends one more time.
I don't think they will make 80% in the next two weeks.
So if MIN extend one more time and the well is a duster, we take the MIN offer for a guaranteed return well above what NWE price would be otherwise.
I think a few MIN people will have sleepless nights trying to sort this out.

If the well meets, or possibly exceeds, expectations the NWE price goes up and decouples from MIN, killing their offer as a bonus.
Bonus time for us.

How can you lose if you continue to hold?
