IMO the directors report does state quite clearly that the mining license being awarded IS pending the resolution of the ICC cases. I do not think any clarification is required, the report could not be any more clear than it already is. The ICC cannot rule on the mining license itself... but is ruling on issues which are pertinent to the issuing of the mining license is my understanding. All IMO.
