hi guys just wondering, is there any way to work out of our dividend is sustainable accounting for the CAPEX, most people just use the dividend payout ratio to see if the dividend is well covered using the FFO (funds from operations) but very few people also account for the CAPEX needed, could someone please try and work this out and see if our divvy is indeed sustainable accounting for capex too?
or if we are not, thanks guys.
