mate your posts make more sense than most on here, backed by actual facts, trouble is that there are people here that absolutely cannot fathom the fact that the company is in deep shit. m actually amazed u haven't been labeled a shorter, downramper etc because your post is negative, but it's also factual. the DRC govt will not issue the ML to a company when they do not even know who owns what share, and although arbitration does not have anything to do with the ML It has everything to do wiyh ownership. nothing will come from the first hearing next month. it's more then likely a directions hearing , they will prob send AVZ and the Chinese off to try and mediate first up then come back again in a few months. so now that we know it's 18 months till arbitration is completed, it will more than likely be at least a few months after to get the ML going by how slow everything is over there, but in the meantime AVZ will be delisted, run out money and there is the real possibility of a change of govt. correct me if I'm wrong but that's how I'm looking at it
