I agree. However, the great thing is that our directors have a lot of skin in the game. They also have a delightful track record of selling something really valuable ( in this case perhaps part thereof) and surprising shareholders with a very substantial return of capital. I would like to see them sell part of the Gonneville in a deal whereby we shareholders could have a choice of receiving a capital return wholly in cash or partly in cash with the rest of the return in the form of units or shares in the new joint venture. As you may have gathered, I am an optimist. Aren't most CHN shareholders optimists? They could improve their lines of communication though.
