1MC is being shorted IMO.
Look at the number of cross trades.
My theory it is been done by the new CDO at PLS who by the announcement of his appointment at PLS was instrumental in the acquisition of Altura.
The BIG questions are ;
How come a Macquarie Director was involved ?
What part did he play and when ?
So easy for him to Short 1MC through Bell Potter as Macquarie use Bell Potter for share trading and more than likely has access to large amounts of cash from Macquarie.
His appointment coincides with the large volumes of cross trades.
I can imagine him arriving at PLS and had a look at all the correspondence re the acquisition and got a fright.
Unable to delete the evidence the best option for him is to try and delete IMC.
