I think it is you who has no clue not me, i said NAL is the gold standard test in audiology, and for Nuheara to get into those stores being nal compliant was a pre-requisite.
Regarding the FDA, i never even mentioned them, you are the one who keeps bringing it up post after post. The part that you cannot distinguish between, is FDA legislation and what is a pre-requisite for Nuheara to be sold in store. Legislation is one thing, what a group such as Specsavers, Amplifon, Widex etc require to retail a assistive listening device from there stores has nothing to do with the FDA, it is what they want from a device that puts it on the shelf space, and thats the box that was ticked allowing Nuheara to do so.
So perhaps next time read what I write, instead of adding words that are not there.
