The International Criminal Court in The Hague has issued arrest warrants for the head of state only twice so far. In 2011, it concerned the Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddafi, in 2018, Omar al-Bashir, the president of Sudan. Earlier, in 1999, the International Tribunal for Crimes in the former Yugoslavia issued an arrest warrant for Slobodan Milosevic. The former president of Serbia was arrested, but he did not live to see the sentence - he died of a heart attack in 2006. Vladimir Putin has just joined this "noble" group. now the question is - how soon Putin will be have a heart attack?
