While I agree entirely with your points, it is not quite right to say in the "meantime". The latest events are essentially actions to extend the time left to before they run out of road. If EWC had managed the indonesian situation better, a 4 train LNG liquification plant will have been in operation for at least 8 years by now. The cashflow from that would make any capital raise unnecessary, and would have thrown up a world of opportunities. The failure to get Wajo off the ground then took EWC down a completely different path ending in the latest desperate bullshit to to keep the wheels on.

If they are waiting for the Indonesian auditor, they may be waiting a long time as the noose around their necks tightens.
