I agree with what Lghewton wrote, from my slant you have no choice but take up the rights issue because if you don't you will be out of pocket on a ratio basis. ie personal sharholding's net worth versus TSI market cap versus dividend return. What your original entry price is has little to do with it. This to me is a dividend paying investment so it must return better than the bank and if it doesn't I got it wrong.
