Good opportunity for the poms to get as much shares as they can, or is it a capper trying to buy more stock cheaply,
...or is it Sam getting rid of his holding (you know the one he was given for free to come on board. If this is the case Puntland deal is finished (& so is my money & any chance of a recovery). All we will have are further cpaital raising for 'eventual drilling & survey' in Georgia & paying of directors salary.
