You do realise this will drag out beyond 2025, and Burford will be first in line to recoup whatever they wasted in the litigation funding.
Next will be note holders.
Last will be regular share holders.
The fact that Sundance hasn't already raced into the WA Supreme Court with anything tangible suggests they have nothing.
Nada.

If there was clear concrete evidence that ANS screwed over SDL in any way, then that would have come out months ago.
And, if anyone needs reminding, it was 17 months ago that SDL declared pre-discovery action.

IMO, if any Sundance holder is expecting anything, then be prepared for disappointment.
If ANS is such a threat and you want to try your luck on making some money then consider buying some ANS shares.
