    As a happy Breaker shareholder, I can report that Breaker have $78 million cash, so the offer is about $50m for the asset.

    Lake Roe is a decent resource with circa 300kOz in open cut at 1.7g/t Au.

    I think GBR 300kOz at 5g/t Au will be taken over for at least $100m, possibly close to $200 mil.
