Maybe today. We are now in the insane zone for cheap. Mind you I think the management are in the insane zone for control - they increase spending when the market is depressed and their next half yearly profit will be down or flat while they show how confident they are in the future by cutting dividends. Next time you read the annual report and see how they care about the environment, customers and shareholders, just ignore the third category (shareholders). It’s just talk but they can’t do the walk.
