I can't recall 073 readings not 183 but looking where 183 was drilled that's not a problem if the porphyry is around 500m south/east of 182. That would make 183 to be about 700m away from the porphyry. That's far for many porphyry deposits.
Don't look too hard into established models. Every deposit will have its own unique characteristics.
