These values might be a little high but acceptable if we were fairly certain Revenue and earnings are going up. Unfortunately REE price are tumbling. Nearly 50% in last 9 months. And there is a chance they could be shut down for a short period.. Do not look at charts to determine oversold or not look at traditional Metrix's and compare with stock price or MC.
I will admit 2 or 3 years out looks much better but no one has ever explained why you should hold through a drop like this hoping for a RTN a long way out. it took Amazone 8 years to get back to its pre 2000 SP. Most banks have not yet got back to there 2007 price. if a stock drops 75% in a year it could take 4 years for it to go up 400% to get back to its original price.
