    not sowing seeds of doubt but simply being realistic rather than indulging in wishful thinking

    I do agree about holding on and waiting for a better deal ...prudent to do that ...I don't think any of us here are experts .
    But if no better offer comes in a few weeks I'll be happy to accept the offer .
