    Thanks @Wilson4. I'm inclined to think that Lauder may be a buyer with a view to re-privatizing the business. It's likely that capital will need to be raised later this year, which would provide an opportunity for him to take a controlling interest at low cost and then make a low ball offer for the remaining shares. Just my thoughts.
