You heard it here first ACB though don't count on their Conservatives to do it.
Relax and remember it was the Mining Council which first suggested such a tax, it is much like the PRRT intoduced 20+ years ago under howls of protest at the time and like that tax, it's fair and won't hurt the industry once the dust settles.
