I have had an absolute nightmare trying to sort out Computershare for my grandparents accounts last year. have requested the code be sent and called them for registered post. Never ever get any further and they refuse to validate Id in any other way.
BUT there is a way around it head to computershare.com.au/easyupdate/pls
you can update bank details on this link. Might be helpful for others also. If you hold other stocks just change the ticker.
