Non-Executive Chairman Mark Connelly is a force to be reckoned with when it comes to deal-making in Africa, having led the successful mergers of Papillon Resources with B2 Gold Corp and Adamus Resources with Endeavour Mining. As the Chairman of West African Resources during the development of the Sanbrado mine in Burkina Faso, he demonstrated his leadership skills to take the company to new heights.

Executive Director Dr. James Warren is a seasoned geologist with a wealth of experience spanning 15 years in exploration and operational roles. He previously served as Exploration Manager at Echo Resources, where he oversaw the growth of Echo's resource base to over 1.8 Moz and the eventual takeover by Northern Star. Dr. Warren's geological frameworks and project acquisition strategies at Tali Resources resulted in a farm-in agreement with Rio Tinto.
