It's that "if" that's got the punters spooked currently. No one knows which way the hammer is going to fall and, if it's negative, what the fallout is going to be. Either way, we're probably 3 or so weeks away from a determination (going on the last correspondence provided by BAU).

Wouldn't hurt to get an update from them by the way....they've been mighty quiet on this issue lately. I know they probably don't have much to report but even a "we're waiting on determination" or "our lawyers were seen having lunch today while discussing the issue" would be nice.
