Trading in GPT Securities
Post Approval of Consolidation
The GPT Group wishes to confirm that as per ASX requirements, following the approval of the consolidation of securities at the Annual General Meeting on Monday 10 May and as outlined in the Notice of Meeting and Explanatory Memorandum issued in relation to that Meeting, the Group?s securities are now trading as consolidated securities on a deferred settlement basis. Consistent with the ASX timetable and requirement for transactions of this type, GPT securities are now trading under the ASX code GPTDA (on a deferred settlement basis).
The Group?s securities will resume trading under the code GPT on 26 May when Normal T+3 trading post the completion of the consolidation occurs.
The timetable in relation to the process of consolidation as shown on page 10 of the Notice of Meeting and Explanatory Memorandum is shown below:

First settlement of ASX Stapled Security trades conducted on a deferred settlement basis
