    I'm very positive MS. Much has changed as we are aware. Changed very positively indeed. Company has remained steadfast all the way and we will benefit substantially from delays and new approaches.

    Simply put a company will not invest Capex in two countries to produce a concentrate then transport to refine for anything but large profitability.
