Wait for them to close offer. Wait for a re-pricing. Then they can make a new offer.

We all here now need to make sure we recieve a fair evaluation.

My biggest concern is if MIN have the ability to start delisiting us or coercing us to take up offers on an "independent" evaluation, but with a strong bias in their favour. This means that I wonder how much choice we have in selecting some one "more independent."

Is there any way we can get NWE to release the results of those once confidential evaluations?
