Hi guys just wondering, is the dxs dividend sustainable when using the ffo and adjusted for Capex? I know many investors have been burnt thinking a Divvy is sustainable if the payout ratio is low, but when looking at reits you have take into account required Capex as well, has anyone worked this out for dxs? I know dxs are always needing money for development and refurbishment , making this money from its ffo , is the divvy still sustainable?
