Pity ASIC doesn't appear to have the strength of character or intestinal fortitude or even the conviction of its mandate to pursue the past officeholders of PET and apply the same penalties...the sheer scale of it here makes the Tesla insider trading look like small change from the left pocket after a bus trip. $45m odd compared to $30k...Pffft.
