IMO, DT being a ~9% shareholder is very unlikley to be giving up his board seat, esp as he's quite positive on BE & FB about the amount of news expected this year.
So if we rule out DT, for there to be a TH, it's got be a significant change, so I speculate that its either
1. We are getting a new chairman (Phil ??), or
2. A major headline big swinging dick is joining the board
Either of those possibilities is ok with me.
