If it gets to 1c , and I dont question the logic , it values the company at a paltry 20m ( if all shares taken up )
However there is so much to consider in this CR given the minimum and maximum parameters.
Im pretty comfortable thinking that the CR will be "successful" as it is asking most existing sh to part with just a fraction of their existing cost base to double up.
However if it only just gets over the line with a minimum raise then it may be sending bad vibes.
